Captain Spins Promo Code

Step 1: what the operator notice says about Captain Spins

Many players arrive at this page with a code from an old email or a bonus list and want to know where to enter it. Before you do anything with a Captain Spins promo code, read the notice on the official site. According to the website of the provider, the operating company Two Shepherds Limited ("TSL") has ceased operations. The same notice says the company is completing the surrender of its gaming licence to the Malta Gaming Authority ("MGA"). In plain terms, the casino is not running as a normal online casino in 2026.

This changes how you should read every promo code, welcome offer and free spins deal still listed elsewhere on the web. A code only works if the operator is accepting new accounts and new deposits. The notice describes the opposite. We therefore do not list any working code on this page, and we do not recommend that you send funds to any page that claims to apply one for you.

Some Canadian aggregator pages point the same way. One portal states that this casino no longer operates in Canada, while older listings still show the welcome package as if it were live. Those older pages are not updated in real time, so the date on a listing matters more than the headline figure. You can find our summary of the brand on the Captain Spins Canada overview.

The wording of the notice may be updated as the licence surrender is completed, so check the official page again before you act.

Step 2: what happens to your balance and open bonuses

A typical case: you claimed a welcome bonus some time ago, played part of the wagering and still have bonus funds or real money in the account. The first thing to do is log in, if access still works, and record the state of your account. Write down your cash balance, any bonus balance, the wagering progress and every pending withdrawal, and keep screenshots with the date visible. Our account access guide explains the usual login steps and what to do if the password reset email does not arrive.

Bonus money and cash balance are not the same thing. When an operator closes, bonus funds that were still locked by wagering requirements are usually treated differently from your own deposited money and confirmed winnings. The exact handling depends on the operator's terms and on the instructions it gives during the closure. We cannot tell you how Two Shepherds Limited will treat each balance, because the notice we checked does not set out amounts or timelines per account.

If you were waiting on a payout, the question of Captain Spins withdrawal time no longer follows the normal cashier rules. The processing times you may remember for Interac e-Transfer, cards or e-wallets applied to a live casino. During a closure, payouts go through whatever process the operator announces. Ask support directly and keep a written record of the answer.

The treatment of open bonuses and cash balances can differ from one account to another, so rely on the operator's written reply rather than on general rules.

Step 3: promo codes, mirrors and copycat offers

Search for a Captain Spins promo code and you will still find pages promising a code that unlocks free spins or extra deposit money. Many of these were written while the casino was running, and some aggregators have never updated them. Several Canadian portals described a welcome package of up to C$1,200 plus 260 free spins spread across the first deposits. A French language portal described the same total of 1,200$ and 260 free spins. An international listing quoted the same package in another currency and a game library figure above 1,500 titles. These figures describe a past offer as other sites reported it. They are not a current deal. For the background of that package, see our page on the former sign up bonus.

Searches for no deposit codes, including a "20 no deposit bonus", lead to the same kind of outdated listing. Our no deposit bonus page explains why no such code can be claimed while the operator is closed. The same applies to the free spins offers that still appear in bonus lists.

Be especially careful with anything described as a mirror. People search for terms like "captain spins mirror.com" because they expect an alternative address that still works. A real operator in the middle of a licence surrender has no reason to open new mirror domains for deposits. A page that asks you to register, enter a code and pay by Interac, card or crypto under the Captain Spins name, but on a different domain, should be treated as a possible scam. Do not enter your login details or banking data on such a page.

Some old listings may simply be out of date rather than fraudulent, but the safe rule is the same: only trust what captainspins.com itself says.

Step 4: contacting support

Say you have a balance in the account, a withdrawal that never arrived, or simply want your personal data handled properly. The contact channel is the one the operator publishes. The website of the provider lists [email protected] as its support address. It gives support hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CET. For players in Toronto or Montreal that is roughly 3am to 11am Eastern time. In Vancouver it is roughly midnight to 8am Pacific time. Expect replies on European business days, not overnight.

A useful email is short and complete. Include the email address linked to your account, your username, your current balance as shown on your screenshot, any pending withdrawal with the amount and request date, and the payment method you used. Ask a clear question, for example how your remaining cash balance will be paid out and in what time frame. Keep every reply. If the casino app on your phone still opens, our mobile access guide explains how to check the account there, but email remains the channel to document your case.

The published hours may change while the closure is in progress, so check the contact section on the official site before you write.

Step 5: rules in Canada and choosing another casino

Once your account question is settled, you will probably look for a new casino with a working welcome offer. The rules depend on where you live. In Ontario, only operators licensed by iGaming Ontario under the AGCO are legal for online casino play. In the other provinces, players often use offshore sites licensed in places such as Kahnawake, Curacao or Malta. The minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Quebec, Alberta and Manitoba.

Captain Spins held a Malta Gaming Authority licence, according to its own notice, and that licence is now being surrendered. This is a good reminder to check the licence in the footer of any site you consider and confirm it on the regulator's register. A licence that exists today can be withdrawn or surrendered later, as this case shows.

A sister-site directory names Temple Nile as a Captain Spins sister site. Searches for "captain spins sister casino no deposit bonus" usually lead there. A shared design or group does not mean the same operator, licence or terms. Check each site on its own merits, and read the bonus terms in full: wagering, maximum bet, game weighting and expiry dates. Reputation data is thin. Trustpilot showed a 4-star rating based on only 2 reviews, which is too small a sample to draw conclusions from. For a wider view of how the brand was rated, see our Captain Spins summary page. The old game lobby is described on our games overview.

Play only with money you can afford to lose. No bonus or promo code improves your chances of winning. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and use the support services in your province.

Provincial rules and offshore licences change, so confirm the current situation for your province before you sign up anywhere.
